The cleaning, Repointing and sealing of this city centre office block re-development. 
This large office block on the outskirts of London was to be redeveloped into hotel accomodation for the Premier Inn chain.
No scaffolding was used on this project and all works were carried out using mast climbers and suspended access cradles. The original pointing had been carried out using a flexible silicone which had failed badly causing major water ingress. This was carefully cut out and replaced with a more suitable silver sand/white cement mortar.
The building was cleaned using a high pressure hot water jetting system and then chemically sealed with a breathable, silicone based sealant to prevent further staining of the building.
We also carried out various repairs to holes, cracks and such like using a colour matched repair mortar to the existing ‘stone effect` concrete cladding, as well as alterations to several door openings etc. using new cast concrete units which we had made to match the originals.
