A stunning new build development on the South coast of England. 
This attractive development comprising of 9 modern apartments in Swanage, Dorset demanded workmanship of the highest standard.
Our Stonemasons carried out the external stone cladding, curved feature walling and boundary wall.
The main cladding was 75mm thick Portland limestone with a polished finish and fixed back to a steelwork inner structure. The curved walling which houses an internal spiral staircase was built using pitched face Portland limestone walling.
The entrance ramp and boundary walls were built using Purbeck limestone in a random rubble style with Purbeck limestone copings to top. This was stipulated by the local conservation authority to remain in keeping with the surrounding area.
