Pinnacle Stonemasonry Ltd was proudly chosen to carry out the restoration and adaptation of this large former cotton mill in North Yorkshire.
This vast structure, built in 1828, has over the years been subject to fire damage, poor alterations, weather erosion and general neglect resulting in a shameful example of an unoccupied building in a state of disrepair.
Our Stonemasons carried out extensive repairs and alterations in order to restore the beauty of this old mill in readiness for its current status as a large retail and accommodation hub in the heart of Skipton.
Part of our redevelopment process included:
Cleaning, pointing, replacement masonry, stone repairs, doorway and window alterations, internal fabric alterations and structural repairs.
