The supply and installation of a new hand carved door surround along with new stone ramp and step sections. 
The hand carved rope detail around this new door surround is an exact replica of other door surrounds found around the University buildings.
Timescale was a major factor in this project as all works had to be completed during the student half term break.
Once we were given the go ahead we supplied stone samples to the architect for approval and began taking detailed measurements.
The stone was approved and our masons began work on the surround. The final stage was the delivery and installation of all completed masonry sections.
The whole process was carried out in under 5 weeks – on time and within budget.
